These are typically used to perform functions such as switching, amplifying, rectifying, routing or transmitting electrical signals, power conversion, and power management. Semiconductors are sometimes referred to as `active components` because they require power to function. MOSFETs offerings include low-voltage TrenchFET MOSFETs, high-voltage MOSFETs, smart load and analog switches, multiplexers and, power management and power control ICs. Diodes segment offers small signal diodes, rectifiers, protection diodes, thyristors/SCRs and power modules. Optoelectronic segment comprises of infrared (IR) emitters and detectors, solid-state relays, IR remote control receivers, IR data transceiver modules, optocouplers, optical sensors, light emitting diodes and 7-segment displays.
