The commercial real estate expertise resulting from owning, operating, investing, and lending in Manhattan for over many years has enabled to invest in a collection of premier office and retail properties, selected multifamily residential assets, and high-quality debt and preferred equity investments. The company has two reportable segments: real estate and debt and preferred equity (DPE) investments.
