Liberty Global completed the sale of its operations in Germany, Romania, Hungary and the Czech Republic to Vodafone. Moreover, in May, the company completed the sale of its direct-to-home satellite (DTH) operations to M7 Group, which served customers in Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Romania. Liberty Global completed the acquisition of Sunrise Communications Group AG.
