Globus Medical, Inc. is a medical device company that develops and commercializes healthcare solutions for patients with musculoskeletal disorders. The company currently has its sales operations distributed across counties world wide. Its Musculoskeletal Solutions consist primarily of implantable devices, biologics, accessories, and unique surgical instruments, used in an expansive range of spinal, orthopedic and neurosurgical procedures. The technology contains imaging, navigation and robotic assisted surgery solutions. It acquired all assets of StelKast, Inc. and Finnish engineering company Synoste Oy.
