Turks and Caicos Islands Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1970-2021

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Turks and Caicos Islands greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1994 was 7.83, a 3.02% increase from 1993.
  • Turks and Caicos Islands greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1993 was 7.60, a 18.4% decline from 1992.
  • Turks and Caicos Islands greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1992 was 9.32, a 7.13% increase from 1991.
  • Turks and Caicos Islands greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1991 was 8.70, a 263.31% increase from 1990.
