Mozambique Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1990-2024

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Mozambique greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2020 was 33,749.37, a 2.79% decline from 2019.
  • Mozambique greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2019 was 34,717.30, a 0.53% increase from 2018.
  • Mozambique greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 34,533.03, a 7.53% increase from 2017.
  • Mozambique greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 32,115.44, a 0.95% increase from 2016.
