Macao Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1970-2022

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Macao greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1983 was 820.33, a 40.75% increase from 1982.
  • Macao greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1982 was 582.82, a 6.48% increase from 1981.
  • Macao greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1981 was 547.33, a 1.1% decline from 1980.
  • Macao greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1980 was 553.40, a 32.86% increase from 1977.
