Luxembourg Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1970-2021

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Luxembourg greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2012 was 12,611.00, a 2.46% decline from 2011.
  • Luxembourg greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2011 was 12,929.54, a 0.81% decline from 2010.
  • Luxembourg greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2010 was 13,034.82, a 5.6% increase from 2009.
  • Luxembourg greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2009 was 12,343.32, a 2.83% decline from 2008.
