Jordan Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1990-2024

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Jordan greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2020 was 33,146.35, a 5.02% decline from 2019.
  • Jordan greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2019 was 34,899.01, a 2.97% decline from 2018.
  • Jordan greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 35,966.77, a 2.18% decline from 2017.
  • Jordan greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 36,766.92, a 5.02% increase from 2016.
