Dominican Republic Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1990-2024

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Dominican Republic greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2020 was 37,052.67, a 6.79% decline from 2019.
  • Dominican Republic greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2019 was 39,753.30, a 1.28% increase from 2018.
  • Dominican Republic greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 39,252.48, a 6.03% increase from 2017.
  • Dominican Republic greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 37,021.08, a 1.96% decline from 2016.
