Bermuda Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1970-2022

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Bermuda greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1989 was 932.16, a 17.66% increase from 1988.
  • Bermuda greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1988 was 792.22, a 37.01% increase from 1987.
  • Bermuda greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1987 was 578.21, a 0.14% increase from 1986.
  • Bermuda greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 1986 was 577.38, a 15.49% decline from 1985.
