The company operates under two segments: wholesale operations and retail operations. Wholesale operations segment comprises wholesale sales, revenues from license agreements and internet sales. Retail operations segment comprises Wilsons Leather, G.H. Bass and DKNY retail stores and also Calvin Klein Performance and Karl Lagerfeld Paris stores.
