The Corporation's utility subsidiary, Alabama Gas Corporation, is the largest natural gas distribution utility in the State of Alabama. The Corporation's oil and gas exploration and production activities are conducted by its subsidiary, Taurus Exploration, Inc. and its subsidiary.
