DCP Midstream, LP is a leading energy infrastructure firm. DCP Midstream is a master limited partnership (MLP). It's a 50/50 joint venture between the Canadian midstream company Enbridge and U.S. refining and marketing company, Phillips 66. DCP Midstream's unparallel access to fractionators provides intricate connectivity to clients. It has footprint in major shale plays of the U.S., including the Permian Basin, Eagle Ford, DJ Basin and SCOOP. The partnership reports in two business segments: Logistics and Marketing (L&M), and Gathering and Processing (G&P). Through L&M segment, the partnership transports, trades, stores, and markets natural gas and NGLs. It provides natural gas and NGLs takeaway options to premier markets with high demand. Also, this unit offers storage and fractionation services to customers. G&P segment incorporates gathering, compression, treatment, processing and other operations. Also, production and fractionation of NGLs, as well as recovering condensate are parts of their operations.
