Oman Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1970-2021

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Oman greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2012 was 62,201.55, a 2.46% increase from 2011.
  • Oman greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2011 was 60,705.59, a 2.82% increase from 2010.
  • Oman greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2010 was 59,041.98, a 6.36% increase from 2009.
  • Oman greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2009 was 55,510.21, a 0.52% increase from 2008.
