Gibraltar Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1970-2021

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Gibraltar greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2012 was 473.01, a 3.03% increase from 2011.
  • Gibraltar greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2011 was 459.12, a 7.65% increase from 2007.
  • Gibraltar greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2007 was 426.50, a 9.98% increase from 2004.
  • Gibraltar greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2004 was 387.80, a 0.86% increase from 2003.
