Chile Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Emissions 1970-2022

Total greenhouse gas emissions in kt of CO2 equivalent are composed of CO2 totals excluding short-cycle biomass burning (such as agricultural waste burning and Savannah burning) but including other biomass burning (such as forest fires, post-burn decay, peat fires and decay of drained peatlands), all anthropogenic CH4 sources, N2O sources and F-gases (HFCs, PFCs and SF6).
  • Chile greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2018 was 109,590.00, a 0.22% increase from 2017.
  • Chile greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2017 was 109,350.00, a 1.11% increase from 2016.
  • Chile greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2016 was 108,150.00, a 3.97% increase from 2015.
  • Chile greenhouse gas (ghg) emissions for 2015 was 104,020.00, a 5.43% increase from 2014.
